In just 72 hours, we’ll hit the first, last, and ONLY public End of Quarter Federal Election Commission (FEC) filing deadline during the Proposition 50 special election. Once our filing is posted, Republicans, the media, and Donald Trump himself will leaf through our paperwork to see whether Democrats are rising to the challenge — or faltering.
Here’s the truth: Proposition 50 is our firewall. If it passes, voters decide who controls Congress. If it fails, Trump and MAGA Republicans’ gerrymandering scheme could hand them power before next year’s midterm elections even begin.
That’s why we cannot afford to fall short. Unless we raise another $11,598 before this deadline, we’ll be forced to scale back canvassing and literature distribution.
