As the People’s Lawyer, I’ve been committed from day one to show up in every county, to listen to your concerns, and to get results for you and your family. And I’ve done exactly that.

I’ve sued irresponsible corporations and powerful special interests who’ve defrauded Coloradan consumers — and returned hundreds of millions of dollars back to the people of Colorado.

I defended Colorado’s authority to set stronger regulations that protect our land, air, and water, and held polluters accountable to preserve our natural resources.

And I’ve taken on Trump and his administration in court 35 times and counting this year to defend our rights and freedoms from federal overreach.

All of these fights come down to one thing: protecting Coloradans — our way of life, our rights, and the future we want for our families. It’s a fight I will never back down from.
