We are going to pass the Election Rigging Response Act in California because Donald Trump cannot be allowed to rig the next election by redrawing maps in red states only.

I've heard the calls to "Do Something!" And I agree. I don’t want to simply talk. I don’t want to hold hands. It's time for action. Concrete action.

Heaven help us if we're not successful. Republicans are redrawing districts wherever they can; they're going after ActBlue and Democrats' ability to fundraise; going after colleges and the free press... We have to act.

Voting starts in less than two weeks here, so this is coming up fast. One recent poll showed us at 51% and another at 48%. A MAGA-millionaire has poured in $30 million to beat us and Kevin McCarthy has pledged millions more to follow.

So I need your help before our end-of-month fundraising deadline ends. Elissa Slotkin said I could reach out to ask, so here it goes.
