Hello,

Joe Biden has made a promise to the nation’s leading infectious disease expert:

A tweet from @JoeBiden reads: If I'm elected, I'll immediately reach out to Dr. Fauci and ask him to continue his incredible service to our country. I'll have the top medical experts and scientists ready to advise our response on day one -- and I'll actually listen to them.

It looks like Dr. Fauci would be a trusted advisor in a Biden administration. That news is likely welcomed by the doctor himself -- who has been sidelined by Trump and recently told Congress that the country is “going in the wrong direction” when it comes to recovery efforts.

But Biden isn’t in the White House yet -- and based on the Republican response to Fauci’s testimony, the GOP doesn’t plan on changing direction anytime soon. Do you think Dr. Fauci should have to wait until next year to have his voice heard? Tell us:

Do you approve of Dr. Fauci?

YES   NO
