Last month, a shooter armed with an assault rifle killed two young kids
and wounded 21 others—mostly children—at Annunciation Catholic Church
School in Minneapolis, causing immeasurable grief in our country.

I'm a mom, and I can't even imagine how heartbreaking it is for the
families whose children will never come home, and for the students who
carry the trauma of surviving that horrific day.

Children deserve to attend school without the threat of gun violence.
