We are not being facetious when we say that what Moody has done during her short time in office is going to get people killed. This summer, Moody signed a death warrant for millions of elderly Floridians when she voted to slash Medicaid with her vote for the Big Beautiful Bill — a move which will cut short the lives of millions who are now more at risk of death from easily preventable illnesses and conditions.
She also supports an extreme national abortion ban, supported January 6th by leading a legal challenge to the 2020 election results, and is working hand in hand with Trump to escalate his violent crackdown against all who oppose him.
Despite this, Moody is still in the “incognito” phase of her spree. No one in Florida knows who she is because no one has ever voted for her—she was appointed to take Marco Rubio’s seat upon his appointment to Secretary of State. In this lies a massive opportunity for Democrats…
