Republicans just can’t figure out why they’re having such rotten luck.
 
With Donald Trump’s approval cratering -- and taking vulnerable GOP senators down with him -- congressional Republicans are scratching their head about what they did to deserve all this.
 
GOP Senator Roy Blunt blamed a “run of bad luck” for his party’s woes, while Senate Majority Whip John Thune remarked that “we’ve been getting some bad cards lately.”
