Just following up —

This end-of-quarter FEC deadline is one of the most important reporting moments of the year — and national Republicans are watching closely to see how we perform.

Make no mistake: they’re looking at these reports to figure out where to spend their money and how much money to spend.

If we fall short, they’ll have a clear path to holding onto their Republican trifecta in Washington.

We can’t let that happen. We’ve set a goal of raising $8,000 before midnight on the 30th, and we can’t risk falling behind. If we want to show we’re ready to fight, we need a strong grassroots push right now.

Will you chip in $10 and help us send a message loud and clear? [[link removed]]

---------- Forwarded message from Deborah ----------

It's Deborah.

Things in Washington are chaotic.

Every day, it’s more dysfunction, more infighting, more extreme policies — and somehow, less actual governing.

The folks in charge right now aren’t focused on solving problems. They’re too busy pointing fingers, chasing headlines, and trying to appease Donald Trump and his extremist allies.

And now, we’re staring down a possible government shutdown — threatening access to health care for countless Americans.

The funding deadline is right around the corner. Instead of doing the basic work of keeping the government open and safeguarding government services Americans rely on, Republicans are once again in total disarray.

They have the power to prevent this — but they either can’t, or won’t.

And as usual, regular people will be the ones who pay the price.

But here’s the truth: if we want to win in 2026 and put a stop to the dysfunction, we have to show strength right now .

We’ve set a goal to raise $8,000 before the big end-of-quarter FEC deadline on the 30th, and we’re counting on grassroots supporters to help us get there.

Every single dollar sends a message that we’re ready to lead — and ready to fix this mess. Will you chip in $10 right now and help us hit this critical goal so we can keep fighting for the people of North Carolina? [[link removed]]

Thank you for your support,

Deborah

In 2020, Deborah became the first Democrat in over a decade to be elected to represent North Carolina’s 2nd Congressional district. In her first term, eleven pieces of legislation she introduced were signed into law. These measures increased funding for sexual assault nurse examiners, enhanced judicial ethics and transparency, and bolstered North Carolina’s offshore wind energy potential. Deborah needs your support to continue the fight for fairness, equality, and progress. Let’s do this together.
