Hey, John – it's Aly, Colin's wife!

I'm reaching out to see if you could chip in $5 to my husband's campaign to defeat his Republican opponents – just $1 for each of the 5 reasons below.

[link removed]

1. Colin is already ahead in three recent polls – the ONLY Democrat in this race who has data to prove he has a path to victory in a general election.

2. Texans are tired of career politicians like John Cornyn and Ken Paxton putting special interests and wealthy donors ahead of our families. Colin knows what it means to grow up in Texas, work hard, and serve his community.

3. Last cycle, Republican mega donors spent $117 million trying to defeat Colin. They're planning to spend even more this time around, which is why we have to build a strong grassroots foundation starting now.

4. Colin knows what it takes to win tough races. He's done it before, defeating a 22-year GOP incumbent, even when experts put his odds of winning at 10%.

5. And finally, we're coming up on our first and critical FEC end-of-quarter fundraising deadline, and Colin doesn't take a dime of corporate PAC money, so he's truly counting on grassroots folks like you to help meet his $350,000 goal.

So please, will you give $5 today to help my husband, Colin Allred, take on self-interested GOP politicians and give Texans the Senator we deserve?

Thank you for your support – it means the world to Colin and me!

Aly
