Justice Democrats are calling for accountability from ICE, DHS, and Kristi Noem.

Justice Democrats

John,

Since Donald Trump took back the White House and launched his cruel mass-deportation agenda, at least 17 people have died in ICE custody, including:

As far as we know, this is the highest rate of deaths in ICE custody in the first six months of any year on record.

Not only are people dying in detention centers and at the hands of ICE agents, but hundreds have gone missing.

New reporting indicates that two-thirds of the 1,800 people held at the so-called Alligator Alcatraz center in Florida are missing in ICE’s online database and are unable to be located by their loved ones. They have truly been disappeared.

Justice Democrats’ Rep. Delia Ramirez is leading the call for answers and accountability, demanding an investigation into her constituent’s death and the widespread reports of human rights violations by ICE in our communities and their detention centers.

In Delia’s words, “Every death at the hands of ICE, every family separated by ICE, every orphan created by ICE is Kristi Noem’s responsibility. She must come to the committee and account for ICE's unlawfulness.”

Let’s raise our voices and demand not only answers, but justice.

In solidarity,

Justice Democrats
