Things in Washington are chaotic.

Every day, it’s more dysfunction, more infighting, more extreme policies — and somehow, less actual governing.

The folks in charge right now aren’t focused on solving problems. They’re too busy pointing fingers, chasing headlines, and trying to appease Donald Trump and his extremist allies.

And now, we’re staring down a possible government shutdown — threatening access to health care for countless Americans.

The funding deadline is right around the corner. Instead of doing the basic work of keeping the government open and safeguarding government services Americans rely on, Republicans are once again in total disarray.

They have the power to prevent this — but they either can’t, or won’t.

And as usual, regular people will be the ones who pay the price.

But here’s the truth: if we want to win in 2026 and put a stop to the dysfunction, we have to show strength right now.

We’ve set a goal to raise $8,000 before the big end-of-quarter FEC deadline on the 30th, and we’re counting on grassroots supporters to help us get there.
