Palestinian leadership admitted what we’ve been saying all along – there is NO State of Palestine.

That hasn’t stopped the Palestinian Authority (PA) from trying to delegitimize and destroy the State of Israel and seize Israeli territory.

The PA has even weaponized the U.N. and the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Israel. The U.N. established a $65 MILLION slush-fund to wage lawfare against Israel.

The ICC Prosecutor demanded authority to investigate Israelis for alleged “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity” for defending Israel.

Yet, Palestinian terrorists have lobbed deadly rockets into Israeli territory, endangering innocent civilians – even children.

PA President Mahmoud Abbas even threatened that “millions of fighters” would attack Jerusalem and Israeli settlements “shall all be destroyed.”

We have a moral obligation to defend Israel from these unfounded assaults and indefensible antisemitism.

We’ve filed at the ICC. Just days ago, we sent a legal letter to the U.N. defending Israel’s interests. And TODAY we’re filing in another major Israel-related case in federal court.
