The symbols of this country and the sacrifices of men, women and families, both during our country’s birth and on battlefields around the world these past 250 years are not things that we should forget or dishonor. We live in a country that seeks to protect our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. During this Independence Day weekend, as you safely gather with your families and friends, remember what makes this country great.
