The wait is finally over! We are excited to announce that Season 5 of Campaign Legal Center’s award-winning podcast, Democracy Decoded, premieres today with a timely episode on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Our first episode features guests Leah Litman of the Strict Scrutiny podcast and Campaign Legal Center’s own Bruce V. Spiva and David Kolker, who examine how landmark SCOTUS decisions have led to the expansion of presidential power, the rolling back of voting rights and an increase of secret money in politics.
Together with host Simone Leeper, they unpack the real-world impact of these decisions and explore what reforms could restore balance, accountability and trust in the Supreme Court.
