Hi John,

Here’s your chance to fight Ottawa’s pipeline ban.

The Alberta government is bringing a new court challenge to the No More Pipelines Law, officially called the Impact Assessment Act.

In a previous court challenge, the Supreme Court ruled parts of legislation are unconstitutional. So Ottawa made some amendments. But the Alberta government is arguing that doesn’t fix the old problems.

This law stops provinces like Alberta, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland and Labrador from developing resources to create jobs for people in their provinces.

You can’t let Ottawa get away with this.

In our last survey, the vast majority of supporters like you told us that Ottawa should stop blocking pipelines in Canada.

That’s why your lawyers at the CTF are intervening in this court case to make sure the voice of taxpayers like YOU is heard in court.

But let’s be blunt:

Ottawa is backed by government lawyers with bottomless budgets. And all kinds of environmental groups will send their lawyers to block projects. So this is going to be a tough fight.

They’re all betting that you’ll give up on this fight, but they’re making a bad bet.

You can join the fight by donating today to make sure the CTF legal war chest is full so your lawyers can keep standing up for taxpayers and prepare for the court hearing.

Will you chip in today so your lawyers can stop Ottawa from banning pipelines?
