* Legislation that prohibits the disconnection of power to special needs customers during winter months of those who file a health certificate
*Passed his funeral bill making it S.C. law that an inmate who is not a security risk must be allowed to attend immediate family funerals or visit in a terminal illness
*Supported legislation for the appropriation of funds for the state Covid-19 health response
*Sponsored legislation to raise teachers’ salaries and pulled the Palmetto State from the 40th percentile to 20th among teacher salaries in the Southeast
* Secured funds for District 7 for much-needed road expansion projects, repairs, maintenance, and other transportation-related issues and legislation. He serves on the Policy Coordinating Committee for the Greenville-Pickens Area Transportation Study
