Dear JOhn,
Women’s rights are under attack in the United States--from reproductive rights to child marriage still being legal in 48 states. It is a constitutional crisis, and the best solution is the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA). The ERA would guarantee the rights of women and girls in the U.S. Constitution.
Suffragist leaders like Alice Paul, pictured above, gave a voice to women’s equality in the United States. But 100 years later, women and girls are still not considered as equal to boys and men in the U.S. constitution. The Equal Rights Amendment would protect all women and girls equally without regard to political party, religious, geographic, economic, race, ethnic or other affiliation.
Only one more state is needed to reach the 38 state minimum to ratify the ERA. We can do this with your help.

Equality Now, as a lead organization of the ERA Coalition, is working tirelessly with our partners to ensure that the ERA becomes part of the U.S. Constitution. This must be a legislative priority.
On this National Women’s Equality Day, join us to uplift the continuing struggle toward full equality.
Donate $28 today for the 28th amendment <[link removed]> and support our work to ensure the next amendment to the U.S. Constitution is Equal Rights for women. Help us make equality a reality.
In solidarity,
Evelyn Chen
