JOHN – I know that the headlines right now are depressing, and it can be easy to lose hope with constant negative news.

But when we put in the work, we can still rack up important wins.

I am proud to report that we stopped a harmful amendment on the House floor last week that would have slowed the development of offshore wind and affordable energy for Rhode Islanders.

And last week’s win in congress was followed by a win in the courts this week, which ruled that the Revolution Wind project off the coast of Rhode Island can proceed.

When we fight, we can win. Even in these challenging times, we are still able to score important victories for hard working Rhode Islanders.

And this is why we have to flip the House — with a majority in the House, we will be able to do even more to deliver for the American people and fight back against extremism.
