Public invited to review draft guidance on alternative homeownership models

Public comment open through Oct. 24

Commerce released draft guidance designed to help communities regulate and support community land trusts and limited equity housing co-operatives. These optional measures are intended to support local housing strategies that promote long-term affordability and equity.
