Judge Andrew S. Oldham of the Fifth Circuit will deliver the 18th Joseph Story Distinguished Lecture. The lecture's namesake, the eminent jurist Joseph Story, was the youngest Associate Justice ever to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court and became known for his philosophy of judicial restraint.
