Senate Democrats introduced the National Disaster and Emergency Ballot Act because they didn’t want Americans to have to choose between their right to vote and their personal safety in November.
 
But it looks like that’s exactly the choice Senate Republicans want us to make.
 
Thanks to the GOP, the latest hope for a safe and secure election is now dead in the water.
