At the direction of Donald Trump’s government, Disney and ABC have decided to halt their airing of their late night show. Let’s be clear: when a government dictates what can or cannot be shown on TV, that’s censorship. And it’s not only chilling — it’s a direct assault on the First Amendment.

We’ve seen this pattern before. Donald Trump and his allies believe they can silence anyone they don’t agree with. And if we don’t call it out, it will continue to get worse.

As the People’s Lawyer, I’ve stood up to Donald Trump's lawlessness again and again. My job is to defend the people of Minnesota and make sure their fundamental rights aren’t infringed upon — and I’m not going to stop now.
