Here in California, if you're uninsured during this pandemic, you can sign up for coverage. But for millions of Americans in the 38 states that rely on the federal health insurance marketplace, President Trump is still refusing to open the coverage period.

In addition to fighting Trump's attempt to repeal the entire Affordable Care Act, Xavier has urged the Trump administration to reconsider this unconscionable position denying open enrollment and access to healthcare during this crisis.
