Defeating Trump, McConnell, and their corrupt Republicans in Congress means getting as many voters to the polls or mailing in their ballots as possible this November.

And to do that, we have to make sure as many people as possible are registered to vote, especially in marginalized communities with less access to voter registration.

That’s why we’re joining the call to demand online voter registration!

Add your voice: Tell state legislators and election officials to provide online voter registration for all residents.

Online voter registration is simply the easiest and most direct way for individuals to register to vote.

Yet, right now it is simply not available in multiple states and localities.

This is a huge problem. With the COVID pandemic surging around the country, in-person voter registration has taken a major hit. Pre-election canvassing has been halted, and fewer people are registering to vote. And many voter registration hotspots like DMVs and town clerks’ offices have been closed for months. 

According to the nonpartisan Center for Election Innovation and Research, in 13 states voter registration decreased sharply in April 2020 compared to April 2016.

And make no mistake, that’s exactly what Trump and McConnell want.

Push back now by telling state legislators and election officials to provide online voter registration.

Not only is online registration the simplest, safest, and most direct way for individuals to register to vote, the outcome of the election could depend on it.

We can hardly think of a better way to start cleaning out the corruption contamination in our democracy.
