Hi John.

Groceries, health care -- everything is just too expensive.

I hear from Kansans every day who are working hard but are still struggling with higher prices. I know how stressful that can be. I was raised by a single mom and I'm still paying off my student loans. So today, I wanted to share how you can get help.

Click here to visit davids.house.gov/lowercosts to find free and publicly available resources for you and your family. That includes resources for groceries, housing, health care, gas, and more.

Our economy needs major changes so hardworking people can finally start getting ahead again. That’s why I’m serving in the House and bringing a new generation of leadership to Washington.

My focus is on concrete and bipartisan solutions to lower your costs.

That's why I helped pass a law to cap insulin prices at $35 a month for seniors on Medicare, am working with Kansas farmers to help grow and deliver food more cheaply, and am pushing to pass bipartisan middle class tax cuts.

But I know there's a lot more to do. So while I keep pushing for progress, I've directed my office to connect folks with available resources at davids.house.gov/lowercosts.

Here are just a few specific resources you can find on my website:

Help with Groceries and Gas: Find a variety of resources from the U.S. Department of Agriculture that may help you save. And find cheaper local gas stations via the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Help with Finances: Get help from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to save on your mortgage and credit cards or find free housing counselors that can offer in-person assistance.

Help with Taxes: Find how you may be able to get free assistance with your taxes. You can also find help to get a stalled refund and other assistance from my office.

My job is to serve every person and corner of our community -- regardless of party. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

My warmest regards,
