I was proud to vote in support of this week's resolution to fund our troops, protect our most vulnerable, and keep our government open and operating for Americans.

 Approximately 26 million Americans are considered “credit invisible,” making it harder to get a credit card, buy a car, or home.

I’m leading the bipartisan Credit Access and Inclusion Act to level the playing field and make sure hardworking families who pay bills on time get the credit they deserve.

Stillbirth affects 1 in 175 pregnancies in the U.S. each year.

This National Stillbirth Prevention Day, I was proud to introduce the SHINE for Autumn Act alongside my colleague Rep. Kathy Castor. This bill will improve stillbirth research & data collection, support grieving families, & save lives.

Thankful for this strong group of advocates for their powerful stories and tireless work on this effort. I will keep fighting to get this done.

This week, the House Financial Services Committee passed my Community Bank LIFT Act.

I will keep fighting to give community banks the freedom they need to reinvest in families, small businesses, and growth—right here at home.

I have long said that economic security is national security.

Thanks to this week’s House Foreign Affairs Committee markup, our diplomatic compass will center U.S. economic leadership & point us in a more strategic direction for the first time in decades.

Great to meet with local business leaders from the Corona Chamber of Commerce to talk about priorities like transportation, healthcare, and supporting small businesses.

I’ll keep working to deliver results for our communities.

I met with members of the California Bankers Association and local banking leaders to discuss how we can strengthen our financial system and expand opportunities for small businesses.

From deposit insurance reform to supporting community banks, I’ll keep fighting for commonsense policies that promote stability, innovation, and economic growth throughout our communities.

I am thrilled that Team Young has helped return over $32 million back to taxpayers from federal agencies.
