John, this is how we’re going to get big money out of politics for good.

The Citizens United decision means we can’t use campaign finance reform to limit corporate influence in our politics. That’s why using two centuries of Supreme Court precedent on corporate law to revoke corporations' political spending powers as non-human entities.

The Montana Plan is our strategy to pass a ballot initiative doing just that. Once we get this done in Big Sky Country, it sets a precedent we can use in all 49 other states. Our former Senator, Jon Tester (D-MT), agrees that this is how we will win:
