Call for action to surge lifesaving aid to Gaza and suspend arms transfers fueling atrocities. |
Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is witnessing a genocide against Palestinians in Gaza. Over nearly two years of all-out war and punishing siege, Israeli forces have systematically destroyed the conditions necessary for life in the Strip and are using starvation as a weapon. Arms transfers to Israel are fueling the mass killings of civilians, demolition of vital civilian infrastructure, and destruction of the health system.
The United States has a responsibility to ensure that the weapons it provides are not used to harm civilians or commit war crimes. Continued military support to Israel despite its near-total siege and severe restrictions on humanitarian aid in Gaza is a violation of US law.
