For 27 years, our crisis counselors, volunteers, staff, donors, and friends have worked side by side in pursuit of the mission we started in 1998 — to end suicide among LGBTQ+ young people.

• We served more than 390,000 LGBTQ+ contacts via phone, chat, and text.
• Of the numerous anti-LGBTQ+ bills introduced, 85% were stopped by our advocacy team.

In our 2024 U.S. National Survey on the Mental Health of LGBTQ+ Young People, 39% of LGBTQ+ young people shared that they seriously considered attempting suicide in the past year.
