recent decision in U.S. v.
Peterson, an FPC-backed
challenge to NFA suppressor regulations, has put all gun owners at risk.
That’s why Mr.
Peterson’s attorneys, with FPC’s backing, have asked for a full (En
Banc Review) rehearing of the case.
But the government is preparing to file its response by
THIS COMING MONDAY, and we must be ready for anything!
