I grew up on Medicaid, in a working family that relied on food assistance and school lunches to get by. My parents worked every day in our family’s auto repair shop, but we still struggled to make ends meet.

Meanwhile, David Valadao voted to slash Medicaid, SNAP, and food assistance – all while cashing checks from the corporations that are ripping us off, raising our prices, and polluting our air.

I’m not taking a cent of corporate money. I’m running a campaign powered by people – teachers, farmworkers, nurses, and neighbors who know the Valley deserves better.
