The Trump Administration is ham-fisting the media and punishing their critics – and so far, their plan to dismantle the First Amendment is working.

When Jimmy Kimmel dared to speak up, ABC and Disney pulled him off the air without hesitation. 

Now, Trump’s FCC Chair is already threatening to take down any journalists and comedians who refuse to bend the knee. It goes without saying, John, but this is a total abuse of power.

Free speech is a cornerstone of our democracy, and it’s what sets America apart from authoritarian regimes. That’s why Trump’s attacks on free speech are so dangerous – he’s silencing his critics in a blatant violation of our Constitution’s First Amendment. 

Donald Trump can’t scare me into submission, John. I’ll never bend the knee or stop speaking truth to power about Trump’s illegal attacks on our foundational rights. But if grassroots Democrats fail to meet this moment, we won’t have the resources to end this era of unchecked MAGA power and undo Trump’s dangerous, anti-American policies. So I’m counting on you today, John – Will you be the next brave Democrat to chip in just $5 or anything you can? >
