As you may recall, Donald Trump promised to lower grocery prices from DAY ONE in office.

But instead of making costs more affordable, all major grocery categories have become markedly more expensive in the past year.

North Carolinians are feeling the weight of Donald Trump’s reckless tariffs and policies every time they go to the store.

To make matters worse: Job growth has slowed significantly, inflation is rising, and people are losing access to SNAP and Medicaid due to the massive cuts from the OBBB. We still haven't fully recovered from Hurricane Helene.

Right now, every additional cost could be the tipping point for families across NC-02.

I’m doing my best to pass policies that help hard-working North Carolinians — not hurt them — and to stop Donald Trump and his MAGA cronies every single step of the way.

But until we flip the House, we’re fighting with our hands tied.

We don’t deserve to struggle because of reckless and incompetent leadership. We can hold them accountable if we work together.
