Team, Donald Trump is ratcheting up his attacks on Oregon’s free and fair elections. Take a look at this headline:

The Trump administration just filed a lawsuit against Oregon for refusing to comply with their baseless demands to turn over our state’s voter rolls and election data. And this comes right after he vowed to “get rid of mail-in ballots” ahead of the 2026 midterms.

This is a massive escalation, but Oregon is standing firm against these attacks. 

Trump might think that he can demand anything, from anyone — including TV broadcasters, private businesses, and now, the states.

But here’s the thing, America elects Presidents — not kings. And it’s important that we keep standing up against his constant abuses of executive power.

With Republicans in Congress happy to sit back and let Donald Trump twist the law to serve his own goals, it’s clear that the very best way to fight back against this madness is by retaking the majority in 2026 and reclaiming Congress’ oversight power over the White House.
