Dear Friend,
One of the most fundamental freedoms we enjoy as Americans is the right to practice our faith without fear of government interference. Our Founding Fathers recognized this truth when they enshrined it in the First Amendment, making clear that religious liberty is not a privilege from government, but a God-given right. Protecting this freedom is essential to preserving the foundation of our nation.
As a Christian, my faith guides me in both my work and daily life. I believe every American should have the same ability to live out their beliefs freely. No one should ever be punished, silenced, or cast aside for following their convictions.
In Congress, I will always stand firm in defense of religious liberty. This isn't only about protecting the rights of today—it's about ensuring that future generations inherit a nation where faith and freedom remain at the heart of who we are as Americans. Our rights come from God, and I will never stop working to defend that truth.
