George Soros just gave $10 million to support Newsom’s Redistricting Sham. What’s worse is what our taxpayers are paying: enacting the gerrymander will cost nearly $300 million.

As I outlined in a Floor Speech [link removed] today, Newsom is spending this outrageous sum right as he’s cutting support for foster kids and refusing to fund Prop. 36. He’s also relying on fraudulent ads, voter suppression, and a shoddy election regime in which a dog just successfully voted [link removed].

Even as we fight Newsom’s Sham, we’re still holding him accountable. We already cut off his High-Speed Rail funding, and this week I asked FBI Director Kash Patel [link removed] to investigate the $17 billion already spent. Patel said the FBI can investigate for waste, fraud or abuse.

Incredibly, Newsom then complained [link removed]: “Rep. Kiley continues to lie about High-Speed Rail.” I responded that I’m happy to be proven wrong, if he’d like to take me for a trip on the LA to SF train that was promised by 2020. (No invitation has been received).

Meanwhile, I chaired an Education Hearing [link removed] exposing the radical “Liberated Ethnic Studies” curriculum being used in California schools; we secured $1 billion [link removed] for California water storage; and I called for [link removed] immediate action on my No Tax Dollars for Riots Act.

And our investigation of FireAid has resulted in a production of documents, which I’ve made publicly available [link removed]. You can see where all the money went – including the organizations that received grants, the amounts received, and the number of victims reached.

I also co-sponsored a House Resolution honoring the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk. You can watch [link removed] my appearance on CNN’s State of the Union discussing how the assassination was an attack on our entire country.

We do have some good news out of Sacramento. Parents have fought back and won against the corrupt Supermajority, killing AB 84's attempt to shut down homeschool charters. This is a huge victory for school choice and parental rights in California.
