Hi John, it's Austin.
Much to my disappointment, I didn’t make my high school basketball team as a teen. But as Lieutenant Governor, I’ve seen firsthand how sports teams and extracurriculars provide invaluable safe spaces for our youth to grow and thrive.
That’s why I’m so passionate about investing in Pennsylvania's kids.
Here in Harrisburg, we’ve been working hard to invest in life-changing programs. One of my favorites has to be the Philadelphia Youth Basketball organization. PYB is helping keep our kids off the streets and gives them opportunities to thrive, not just in basketball but also through guitar lessons, entrepreneurship workshops, and more. This is just one example of why I’m so proud to be an advocate for the next generation of Pennsylvanians.
John, if you'd like to support me in helping shape our future generation, would you chip in just $5 now to my re-election campaign?
Investing in our youth and community programs around the state helps us create huge transformations and improvements in our neighborhoods. We’re giving our kids and teens opportunities to succeed and dream bigger. Two things that are invaluable during these uncertain times.
Governor Shapiro and I often joke about basketball, disagreeing on how good he actually is. (He thinks he's really good.)
One thing we do agree on, kids are the future of Pennsylvania. I will always fight to invest in their success, but I can't win without you. Will you chip in today?
