Why is so much emphasis being placed on this local court race? Because if Democrats lose this court, we lose Pennsylvania forever. 19 electoral college votes guaranteed to Trump. A redistrict that guarantees 18 red congressional seats. And an extreme abortion ban. For months, as one of the only Democratic organizations in this race, we have been outnumbered and outgunned, standing alone in the face of a seemingly unstoppable Republican onslaught. However, thanks to supporters like you who have gotten out the word about this race and supported our cause helping us to raise over $1.4 million dollars and hire hundreds of canvassers, we have shown the Democratic movement that there is a credible fight being put up. Now after months of going it alone, organizations from across the Nation are coming in to back us up. All within the past 48 hours, the ACLU has come in with a massive ad buy, and the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee has made a six figure investment into the race. Once seen as a foregone lost cause, the Democratic comeback that we launched this Summer has shocked the nation and shown that we can win in Pennsylvania. While Democrats are finally waking up to this race so too are MAGA mega donors like Jeff Yass. Yass is the richest man in PA and PACs and nonprofits that Yass has historically funded to the tune of millions are spending serious money in this race. Earlier this year, Yass reportedly said he was prepared to spend up to $30 million to flip the PA Supreme Court. If he doubles down, we're in real trouble.
