This Sunday's full moon/eclipse/equinox combo is demanding a re-arrangement of epic proportions. It comes at the edge of endings, when old structures collapse and the world as we know it unravels. 

Virgo thrives in the mess, in the chaos ,in the falling a part - seeking sacred order and alignment as it puts us back together again. It sees what could be and is holding us accountable to becoming it. 

Because we cannot continue on this path - looping in circles of right vs wrong, good vs bad, us vs them. The gap between where we are and where we need to be is achieved through choosing to do something different and practicing it every day. Will we let ourselves be re-arranged or will we cling to the old/familiar that has kept us stuck in smallness and separation for so long? 

The good news is that a new chapter is already breaking through...we just need to practice it into being. 

This Sunday I'm hosting a special Movement for the Movement ritual and practice called EQUINOX to honor this powerful portal (eclipse/equinox), hold space for what needs to fall away and lay the groundwork for the mysterious unfolding that is already underway.

Calling white folx - I have a few spots left in the upcoming fall cohort of GROW - a white-bodied coaching cohort for those of us who are committed to divesting from whiteness and stepping into wholeness. White folks, like myself, are yearning to engage in solidarity and future building from a place that is solid and centered, not small and scrambled. GROW is an invitation to do just that - to confront all that is holding us back from wholeness so we can step into our purpose and place in the world. Together, we will move through a journey of detox and recovery towards healing and wholeness so that we can fully inhabit who we are and what we are here to do.

Here's how it works: 

• Our cohort kicks off at the end of September and runs October - December
• Format is a hybrid of individual and small group coaching via zoom 
• Each month, you'll receive one 1:1 coaching session, one small group coaching session AND one whole cohort meet up on the last Thursday of each month.
• Sessions are opt-in and customized by YOU via calendly to fit into your schedule/flow. 
• Space is limited to optimize for attention and intimacy
