The Environmental Protection Agency recently announced its latest and most sweeping attack yet on federal climate protections.

EPA wants to rescind the 2009 Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Finding that legally cemented the threat of greenhouse gases to the American public. Since then, it has allowed for the creation of rules curbing emissions from vehicles and power plants.

Without it, EPA is hoping to undo certain vehicle emissions limits under the Clean Air Act and attempts to rollback other essential safeguards are sure to follow.

Take action: Tell EPA not to rescind the endangerment finding and walk-back their obligation to curb dangerous emissions.

This decision is yet another attempt to ignore the truth of climate change that we can see clearly in the science as well as with our own eyes.

Last year, nearly every single American faced extreme weather between the months of May and October. This summer isn’t turning out much different, with four one-in-1,000-year storms occurring in less than a week.

The only way to improve our reality is to face it. Not take back a finding we know to be true.

Send a message to EPA to keep in place the endangerment finding, which is crucial to protecting the well-being of the American people.
