Here’s a question for you, friend:
Do we want to be a movement of dire warnings, dense jargon, and scary changes?
Or do we want to be a movement that celebrates progress, creates joyful momentum, and shares the fantastic news about the rapid growth of clean energy solutions?
More importantly, which version do you think will attract the most people?
If you agree that our movement must include joy and celebration as we race against time and the entrenched power of fossil fuel billionaires to build a better, brighter future…
…I want to tell you about Sun Day ([link removed]), a nationwide day of action happening THIS Sunday, September 21.
We’ll build, march, rally, and come together in communities across the country to celebrate the power of the sun, advocate for stronger policies, and stand up for clean energy projects—and we need you to join us!

Why are we mobilizing NOW?
Because the clean energy transition is at a critical tipping point, and we need to build a bigger movement.
Solar power is now the cheapest form of energy on the planet, clean energy jobs are growing rapidly, and communities across the country are experiencing the benefits of cleaner air and lower energy costs. But powerful fossil fuel interests and their political allies are working overtime to preserve the status quo and block progress.
We need to grow the movement to accelerate clean energy deployment, support workers and communities in transition, and ensure everyone has access to affordable, clean power.
On September 21, we’ll show that the clean energy future is here—and that we won’t let the defenders of a bygone fossil fuel era slow us down.
We want everybody who supports lower energy bills, cleaner air, a safer future, and good-paying American jobs to join us. Is that you?
