On September 10th, there was an executive action to ensure every Connecticut resident who wants a Covid 19 vaccine can get one, without delay, and free of charge. While federal uncertainty has left families across the country wondering what coverage will look like, Connecticut is ensuring your access to care remains seamless.

And there is more good news. Connecticut's credit rating was just increased by two of the nation's top credit rating agencies. While that might sound a little ‘inside politics,’ it translates into real results for Connecticut families.

It means lower interest costs on state borrowing, which in turn saves taxpayers millions and frees up more resources for schools, health care, infrastructure, and the programs families count on.

Governor Lamont and Treasurer Erick Russell have now overseen eight upgrades in total, after nearly two decades without a single one. This is proof that disciplined, responsible Democratic leadership delivers real results.
