Learn How Our State Supports Startups and Small Business!

 Office of Small Business and Innovation invites you to attend the following free sessions during Twin Cities Startup Week:

Startup and Small Business Resource Fair (All are welcome)

Date: October 9
Time: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: Great Northern Building, 180 East 5th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55101

DEED invites founders and small business owners to explore the many resources available through the Office of Small Business and Innovation (OSBI). OSBI provides innovators with resources and consulting services to help scale startups in Minnesota.

This casual, open-house-style event gives attendees the opportunity to connect face-to-face with the state’s top small business experts. Breakout sessions will also be available.

  • Corporate Innovators Meetup (Invite Only)
    Date: October 7 at 5:00 p.m.
    Launch Minnesota’s Corporate Innovators Network will convene for a discussion on models for successful collaborations between corporates and startups. A networking happy hour will follow. This event is invite-only. If you are interested in attending, please email [email protected].

  • Launch Minnesota Higher Ed Network (All are welcome)
    Date: October 8
    This gathering of Launch Minnesota’s Higher Education Network will feature insights on entrepreneurial empowerment from Matthew Pollard, author and international speaker. Sponsored by Minnesota State University, Mankato, University of Northwestern, and the College of St. Benedict & St. John’s University, the event welcomes participation from all higher education institutions, startups, support organizations, and students. The Higher Ed Network offers a collaborative platform to increase engagement in our startup communities while working together to grow the state’s innovation ecosystem and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs.
