Decarlos Brown is the latest example of how deadly this radical Left agenda really is.

This man was arrested FOURTEEN TIMES in North Carolina.

But instead of being locked up, Brown was released again and again thanks to soft-on-crime policies pushed by Roy Cooper and NC Democrats.
