Survey shows Earle-Sears’ opposition to LGBTQ+ workplace protections, adoptions, marriages -- Virginia Mercury

John, it’s terrifying but true. A woman who once called homosexuality an “immoral lifestyle choice,” who said she would vote to block same-sex couples from adopting children, and who opposes basic workplace protections for LGBTQ+ people is dangerously close to becoming the next governor of Virginia.

That woman is Winsome Earle-Sears — and her record of toxic, anti-LGBTQ+ extremism speaks for itself. Earlier this year, as lieutenant governor, she signed a bill protecting same-sex unions but left behind a handwritten note declaring she was “morally opposed” to it. This isn’t just rhetoric — it’s a roadmap for rolling back rights in Virginia.

Earle-Sears’ actions are the clearest case we can make for electing LGBTQ+ voices at every level of government. We NEED to elect LGBTQ+ leaders in Virginia and across the country to drown out this bigotry and block her dangerous agenda.
