Join Us: Gun Violence Prevention Town Hall this Sunday, September 21

Friends and neighbors, 

This summer has been incredibly difficult for our community as we have experienced horrific acts of gun violence. It is in these times that it is more important than ever that we come together and support each other. 


TOWN HALL
I’d like to invite you to join us for a town hall this Sunday, September 21 to discuss gun violence prevention. You’ll hear from me and several special guests. We’ll discuss what we can do to address this public health crisis and work toward meaningful change. 


COMMUNITY GATHERING
Before the town hall starts, we will open the doors 90 minutes early to provide a space for community gathering and a chance to honor the memory of those we’ve lost to gun violence. 

One of the most powerful tools we have in our democracy is standing up, speaking out, and sharing our stories. As your Representative, I am committed to elevating your stories, bringing your concerns to Congress, and making sure we are fighting together to uphold our democracy and make life better for all Minnesotans and Americans.

So please join us this Sunday, September 21 in Plymouth. 

4:30 PM: Doors open and community gathering begins

6:00 PM: Town hall starts

Full details, including the address will be sent to those who are registered the day of the event. Please note: due to limited capacity, only residents of Minnesota’s Third District are permitted to join this town hall. 

This will be a free ticketed event, with registration required. You will need one ticket per person.
