John: Earlier this year, Gallup found that only 36% of Democrats are “extremely or very proud” to be an American — a result even lower than the previous dip in 2020.
So today, we have a question: What do you think patriotism should mean?
At Elect Patriotic Democrats, we believe patriotism means fighting for the common good, protecting fundamental freedoms, upholding our democracy, and empowering everyday people. We're done letting it be defined by the GOP’s cynical interpretation.
Together, we can reclaim patriotism from the people who use it only to divide us and finally show the country that Democrats are working to stand up for everyday Americans.
