John, it's Austin Davis. I'm quickly reaching out to address the Trump administration's latest overreach: indefinitely suspending Jimmy Kimmel's late-night show.

We have to face the truth: Trump and his MAGA buddies are openly trying to silence dissent. 

→ FIRST Paramount's parent company caved to Trump's FCC during merger negotiations and fired Stephen Colbert.

→ THEN Trump's FCC Chair called for Kimmel to be fired, and ABC caved too, cancelling Kimmel's show. Trump is even calling on NBC to fire other show hosts who don't use their platforms to stroke his ego. 

→ NOW The White House announced that there are plans in place for Trump to sign an Executive Order that will further his agenda of persecuting his political opponents, even everyday people. 

Still, the Trump administration refuses to take any accountability for the uptick in political violence and instead chooses to blame their opponents and incite further division in our country. It must be stopped.    

This latest action is an overt violation of free speech, plain and simple, and I need you to know that I won't stand for it. 

Trump has come after PA before, and I have stood firm to protect the Commonwealth. If national Republicans have their way, they'll replace me with another MAGA ally ready to let Trump walk all over our people. 

So, I'm calling on you. Will you stand with me right now by chipping in to my re-election campaign? We need to make this moment backfire for the MAGA movement and show them that we're not going anywhere.

John, I won't back down, and I won't bend to Trump's whims. You can count on me to stand up for PA and tell it like it is. I'll always have your back, and thank you for having mine.
