Charlie Kirk’s murder was not just a personal tragedy — it was an attack on faith, free expression, and the very civic discourse that sustains our Republic.
That is why Christian Action Network drafted the Charlie Kirk Memorial Resolution, a measure calling on Congress to commission and place a statue of Charlie Kirk in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda.
And now, something remarkable is happening.
In just days, 54 congressional offices — 38 in the House, 15 in the Senate, and even the Republican Study Committee — have already engaged with this resolution.
Several have expressed outright support. Pete Sessions’ Chief of Staff put it plainly: “I am for this and will promote anything for Charlie.” Others have asked for the full text, background briefings, or scheduled meetings.
Washington is listening.
This is not symbolic. This is real. And it is moving faster than anyone could have imagined.
Why This Matters
The Capitol Rotunda is where America honors her greatest figures: presidents, generals, civil rights leaders, missionaries, and defenders of liberty. A statue of Charlie Kirk there would send a permanent message: violence will never silence truth.
But there is something else happening here. The early traction of this resolution proves that Christian Action Network is not a fringe voice shouting from the sidelines.
It’s also a reminder that Christian Action Network — founded in 1990 and faithfully serving for over 40 years — has built the kind of credibility and persistence that moves the needle in D.C.
When Members of Congress and their staff reply within hours, when meetings are scheduled, when language is taken seriously in both chambers, that is not a coincidence.
It is influence. It is credibility. It is proof that our voice carries weight in Washington.
What Comes Next
Momentum alone will not secure passage. For that, we need citizen action — loud, visible, undeniable.
