Friend,
We just released an Immigrant Youth Abduction Tracker revealing the growing number of DACA recipients and immigrant youth who immigration agents have abducted from their families and communities in recent weeks.
⏰ Nearly 20 DACA recipients and dozens of immigrant youth have been abducted under this administration.
These are our classmates, our neighbors, our friends. And they’re being taken in plain sight.
They’re beloved community members, such as Catalina “Xochitl” Santiago, who was detained at an El Paso airport without a warrant despite having active DACA protections. They’re devoted parents like Paulo Cesar in Texas, detained in front of his young children and his mother despite attempts to show proof of his DACA status, or JeanCarlos, a devoted father and husband, and DACA recipient who has been detained since May.
Their stories are not isolated incidents. This is a pattern. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has outright ignored DACA’s protections, choosing to target and kidnap DACA recipients anyways. Our Immigrant Youth Abduction Tracker is exposing the truth: nearly 20 DACA recipients & dozens more immigrant youth are detained.
DHS’s repeated violation of the protections afforded under DACA reminds us that without permanent protections in place, more and more of the people who power our country — workers, students, parents — will be torn from our communities.
👉 Share our Immigrant Youth Abduction Tracker today, learn about these individuals’ stories, and demand Congress deliver permanent protections and the immediate release of our neighbors:
TAKE ACTION

Our Abduction Tracker cannot fully capture the void in our communities left by these mass kidnappings. These abductions destabilize the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and their families, undermine DACA’s promises and leave entire communities living in fear of indefinite family separation. We refuse to stay silent. Together, we have the power to demand Congress deliver permanent protections and the immediate release of our neighbors.
Can you take action to protect your neighbors? Visit our Immigrant Youth Abduction Tracker, and send a letter to your members of Congress today!
